Red Rice Yeast (紅麴）Marseille Soap

Marseille Soap contains 72% of olive oil. Olive oil is moisturizing and nourishing, and it also softens the skin. This soap is gentle to skin. It can be used on dry and sensitive skin.

Red Rice Yeast is a unique traditional Chinese food, dating back thousands of years. It can be used as Chinese medicine. Traditionally been regarded as safe for food supplements. The late 1970s, the Japanese scholar Professor Endo who is separated from a kind of red yeast rice can lower blood cholesterol active substances, and named Monacolin-k, from there to functional red yeast blood lipid regulation provide a scientific basis.
As to soap making, it mostly added as a dye and it has antioxidant properites.

Bergamot essential oil is added to this soap.  It has anti-depressant, antiseptic, deodorizing and astringent properties. It is reported to help alleviate anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue and relieve skin irritations like eczema, psoriasis, acne, insect bites, wounds, ulcers and herpes. 


Ingredients: 72% of olive oil, palm oil, coconut oil, lye water, red rice yeast powder and bergamot essential oil.

Suitable for all skin type.
Used as body and face soap.
